Hi, my name is Jeff Marsack. I have been a mortgage loan officer in Metro Detroit since 1992. I started off working as a bank teller and worked my way up to branch management and started helping my clients with home loans. I found that I really enjoyed the mortgage finance world and decided I wanted to make that my area of expertise.  I then worked my way out of the "Big Bank" and decided to work for the smaller more family style mortgage companies and have enjoyed that ever since.

I have specialized in FHA & VA home loans for my entire career which leads me to be the "Go to guy" for many of the areas Real estate professionals who want to be told the straight up truth on how a buyers qualifications look like.

If a client does not currently have a sufficient enough credit score to obtain a mortgage approval, I am happy to work with them on my "Exclusive" "Get Credit Ready" program where I can give my client a detailed report on specific steps they need to make to increase their credit score and become an approved homebuyer to be, much sooner than they thought.
